Ms. Nora M. Alsarhan,
Deputy CEO & Chief Investment Officer at SVC.
Nora has been appointed as the Deputy CEO & Chief Investment Officer at Saudi Venture Capital Company (SVC), a leading Government Fund that supports the growth of the private capital ecosystem in Saudi Arabia. Nora brings with her experience in Private Capital, transaction advisory, and financial analysis. She graduated with honors from the MBA program at Alfaisal University and completed the Program for Leadership Development at Harvard Business School.
Nora oversees SVC's investments, including Direct co-investments and investments in funds, and sits on the Limited Partners Advisory Committees of many SVC portfolio funds. She is passionate about identifying and backing Fund Managers, fostering strategic partnerships, and creating value for the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Nora is also an active member of the investment committees at SVC, where she contributes to the decision-making and governance processes. She also serves as a member of the investment committee at Bupa Arabia
Nora began her career in the Transaction Advisory Services at EY where she spent almost five years. After that she was part of the investment team at the SVCIC, in the early days of the launch of Vision 2030 in 2016, Nora joined the SME Authority as a founding team member of Equity Funding, she worked on building the infrastructure for the VCPE ecosystem in Saudi Arabia where she Participated in establishing the VCPE Association as well as the Saudi Venture Capital Company where she works now.
