Welcome! You are invited to join a webinar: AIWF x Pfizer | DEI by Design KSA Virtual Roundtables | Session III: Building capacity - The importance of continued professional education, upskilling and training. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email about joining the webinar.

Following on from the successful DEI by Design inaugural series held in 2022-2023, AIWF and Pfizer will collaborate in 2024 on a virtual panel series exploring salient diversity issues impacting women’s inclusion in the health sector in KSA. Through this series, co-hosted by AIWF and Pfizer in KSA, we will bring women in health together to discuss the unique challenges and opportunities for women in the sector in the Kingdom, noting that these challenges are similar to those faced by women in many other parts of the world, hence there is significant scope for cross-cultural and experience exchange. DEI by Design KSA Session I: Building confidence – Understanding universal challenges for women’s progression in health and spotlighting distinct KSA challenges: how do we turn these into opportunities? DEI by Design KSA Session II: Building community - Nurturing women’s leadership in health through role modelling, recognition, and visibility DEI by Design KSA Session III: Building capacity - The importance of continued professional education, upskilling and training to further workplace progression The proceedings of each panel event will be synthesised to culminate in a report and recommendations / toolkit to be published jointly by AIWF and Pfizer in January 2025.
